Returns & Exchanges

At Cups & Flasks, we want you to love your drinkware; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your unused items within 30 days of delivery. All products must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping carton to prevent damage to the finish or vacuum seal.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned drinkware, we will process your refund or ship your new flask within 5-7 business days.
