How long will my flask keep drinks hot or cold?
Our double-walled vacuum insulation is designed to keep beverages hot for up to 12 hours and ice-cold for up to 24 hours, depending on the specific model and environment.
Are your products dishwasher safe?
While many of our stainless steel products are top-rack dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing to preserve the powder coating and vacuum seal integrity over time.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been filled or used.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our cups and flasks worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
Are your materials BPA-free and eco-friendly?
Absolutely. All Cups & Flasks products are 100% BPA-free, lead-free, and made from food-grade 18/8 stainless steel to ensure a sustainable and safe drinking experience.
